NTCWU is the sole democratic trade union organization in Nepal Telecom.Within the short period of establishment, it has been able to gain massive popularity among Telecom workers due to its strong will power and vision of new dimension.
NTCWU has celebrated its 19th anniversary and has successfully completed its 7th national convention. Around 6000 NT working staff, NTCWU has 2562 paid workers as its members. According to 7th National Convention it has 113 unit committee,6 Regional committee and one Central committee.
NTCWU is affliated to Union of Public Services in Nepal (UPSIN) nationally and Union Network International (UNI) internationally.
