Here, we are guiding you stepwise process to join a zoom meeting.
Before joining zoom meeting, you have to download Zoom from here. You can download it for Computer and Mobile.
Download Zoom by clicking this.
After you click the above link, you will see following. Click download.
Double Click the zoom installer to install the zoom.
If you could not find the zoom installer, this will be in “Downloads” folder of your computer.
After installation completes, you will see following.
Click “Join a Meeting”
Enter meeting ID. Meeting ID is provided to you by the organizer of meeting.
Also, enter your name.
Now click join. You will be in the meeting.
You must know following while joining zoom meeting!
As soon as you join the meeting, you will see like below. Your web cam is ON and you are ready to share your video.
If you want to joint the zoom meeting with video, click “Join with Video”.
And if you don’t want to show your video, choose “Join without Video”
Now , you will be connected in the meeting.
Click “Join Audio” to listen the audio in meeting. Choose “Connect with Computer Audio”
Are you attending a meeting or are you, speaker?
Also note, when you join the meeting, whatever you speak can be listened by other participants of meeting. Do you want to make your voice listen to all?
If no, simply turn of your microphone.
Be serious on online meeting and webinars. Your silly mistake can disturb others a lot and ruin the program.
Always be careful while speaking. Look if your microphone is muted or not.
